A few small things that help us clear your home faster.
- ✓Make a note of where you see them. Which rooms, what time of day, and how long it’s been going on. This tells our technician where the nest is likely to be.
- ✓Don’t spray before we come. Insecticide scatters cockroaches and rats into the walls, which makes treatment harder. Leave them where they are.
- ✓Take a photo if you can. Droppings, bites, damage or the pest itself. Send it to us on WhatsApp and we’ll come better prepared.
- ✓Tell us about children, pets or allergies. Mention it on the call and we’ll plan the treatment around your household.
